Scope definition

At the start of our journey together, Datagraphic’s team will work with you to set up the secure transfer of your employees data, develop document layouts, define operation and production requirements, identify relevant user access levels, and confirm the output channels. We’re sticklers for detail and do this day-in, day-out, so don’t worry if it sounds a lot to take in, we’ve got you covered.

Step two


After we’ve taken care of all the necessary resources, it’s time for our experienced team to flex their development muscles and set up your Epay portal. We don’t do ‘off-the-shelf’ – we’ll build the system around your specific needs, with plenty of opportunities for you to test and review in good time before we press the go live button.

Step three

Pre-launch & go live

Now for the best bit. Great communication sits at the heart of everything we achieve together.

During this phase we’ll support you to make sure your employees are fully aware of the benefits of using Epay. Once you’re 100% comfortable, we’ll agree a go live date and work together to reach that goal.
