Today, we’re launching our latest ESG impact report covering 2025 performance, brought to life through measurable data.

This year’s report is more than a summary of activity.

It is a transparent, evidence-based account of how Datagraphic continues to embed responsible business practices into its operations to benefit the planet, people, communities and partners.

A year of measurable progress

Our latest ESG report highlights tangible results across all areas of our business. From a 63% reduction in total CO₂e emissions to 100% green electricity usage and maintaining our ‘Triple Lock’ status, the data demonstrates consistent progress against our environmental commitments.

Beyond environmental impact, the report captures the real-world difference made through community engagement, employee well-being initiatives, and responsible supply chain management.

Whether it’s supporting digital inclusion projects, place-based social value in local communities, or paying our staff at least the Real Living Wage, we are focused on creating lasting, positive impact.

Reducing environmental impact with digital document delivery

Our Aceni hybrid mail platform lets organisations transform the way they send critical communications. Clients can switch from traditional paper-based processes to a secure and compliant digital alternative for document delivery, fully aligned with recipient preferences.

By removing the need for physical documents where possible, businesses can achieve zero paper waste and carbon emissions, contributing to their own ESG goals.

Beyond sustainability, digital delivery also improves operational efficiency. Documents are delivered instantly, reducing delays, lowering costs, and streamlining communication workflows.

The power of the “Triple Lock”

Central to our approach is what we call the Triple Lock, a combination of B Corp Certification, UN Global Compact commitment, and Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) validation.

This combination is rare, placing Datagraphic among a very small proportion of UK businesses that meet all three standards simultaneously.

Together, they ensure that our ESG performance is ambitious and independently verified, accountable, and aligned with global best practice.

An ESG strategy built on transparency, driven by accountability

At Datagraphic, ESG is not a standalone initiative. It is embedded into our governance, our decision-making, and even our legal framework. We are legally required to consider the impact of our actions on all stakeholders, not only shareholders.

We believe that transparency provides clarity, and validation provides confidence. Therefore, we support every claim in our report with data, measured against clear baselines, and aligned with recognised frameworks.

Looking ahead

We are proud of our progress, but equally focused on what comes next. From further strengthening our ESG maturity through external assessment to continuing our journey toward net zero, our commitment is ongoing.

This report represents a moment in that journey. A snapshot of progress, grounded in data, and driven by purpose.
