Step one

Scope definition

As we start working together, our team will review with you your current document processes, systems and data. We can discuss document layouts, define operational and production requirements, identify data fields and queries, and confirm print and digital output channels.

Our Aceni experts have a keen eye for detail. We do this day-in, day-out, so although there will be lots to review, it’s made easier with knowledgeable people by your side.

Step two


Our experts step in and set up Aceni for you. We don’t do ‘off-the-shelf’ – we configure a package of Aceni options around your specific needs. You will then have time to test and review Aceni to ensure it meets your needs.

Step three

Pre-launch & go live

Now for the best bit. Great communications sit at the heart of everything we achieve together.

During this step, we’ll support you to tell colleagues and stakeholders about Aceni and how to make the most of it. Once you’re 100% comfortable, we’ll agree a go live date and work together to achieve it.
