At Datagraphic, we believe in treating people with respect, trust and authenticity. That’s why we have built a loyal, vibrant and dynamic team that celebrates diversity, inclusivity, and individual choices.

Pride Month, therefore, reminds us all to show our support for the LGBTQ+ community and recognise the unique contributions of each individual.

Our commitment to inclusivity

Being an inclusive employer means creating an environment where our people feel welcome, respected, and valued every day of the year.

Accordingly, through policies, initiatives and everyday practices, we encourage all employees to bring their authentic selves to work. In doing so, we can create a more supportive and accepting workplace to drive creativity and collaboration in how we serve our clients.

Here are a few reasons why we strive to be an inclusive business:

  • Acceptance. We want each of our employees to feel accepted and valued for who they are. At work, our employees have a basic right to feel comfortable and confident amongst peers and in their roles.
  • Challenging discrimination. As a business, we never stand still; ensuring that our employees feel heard helps us to grow and develop. We continually challenge discrimination and bias within the wider industry.
  • Reducing stress. A supportive workforce means supportive colleagues, and so helps to spot and address individuals experiencing stress and anxiety.

I’ve always said that working at Datagraphic is like being part of a family.

Aligning with the UN SDGs

As a participant in the UN Global Compact, our practices align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

  • SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities
With a 48% female workforce, we strive to reduce inequalities within our workplace and challenge stereotypes. Our culture aims to create an equal environment where all employees can succeed, irrespective of sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression.
  • SDG 5: Gender Equality
Beyond reducing inequalities, we are committed to achieving gender equality and empowering all women and girls, including those who identify as LGBTQ+. This involves promoting equal opportunities and challenging discrimination both within our organisation and in the broader community.
  • SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions
Promoting just, peaceful, and inclusive societies begins with our own practices and sets an example for other businesses to follow. Consequently, by upholding principles of justice and equality within Datagraphic, we contribute to broader societal change.

SDG Flag Day

As we celebrate Pride Month, we’re proud to reaffirm our commitment and continue to advocate for a more inclusive and equitable world.

Thank you to everyone at Datagraphic for helping us to create a workplace where diversity is celebrated and every individual’s choice is respected.
