Investing for growth in same-day document processing

Document automation company Datagraphic, has announced another investment in its production centre (Rugby, Warwickshire). It has purchased a state-of-the-art enclosing line (Fusion Cross) from BOWE SYSTEC UK, as part of Datagraphic’s growth strategy.

By replacing processes that rely on manual workflows, the company now has more capacity. It will use this to support its clients with their increasing need for same-day document processing.

The BOWE SYSTEC market leading Fusion Cross enclosing machine, installed in August 2020, offers a wide range of application processing flexibility whilst delivering 22,000 envelopes per hour. Its mail piece integrity technology – monitoring mailing pack fulfilment – is also a key feature for Datagraphic: creating a perfect balance between process efficiencies and high-level mailing pack accuracy.

Sarah Butler, General Manager at Datagraphic comments:

“As you can imagine, the installation process of the BOWE SYSTEC Fusion Cross required detailed planning due to COVID-19 workplace restrictions. I can’t thank the teams at Datagraphic and BOWE SYSTEC enough for their work to make this happen.”

Sarah adds, ‘If this year has provided any lessons, it’s that the ‘work from anywhere‘ culture is here to stay. Our clients are now outsourcing more of the documents they would previously have sent to the office printer. They rely on our same-day Hybrid Mail service to deliver essential communications to their customers, suppliers and employees. This investment gives us more capacity to meet those demands.”

Andy Wain, UK Sales Director at BOWE SYSTEC UK comments:

“We’re once again absolutely delighted to be working with the Datagraphic team on another key investment for their business. After spending time with their very driven and focused senior team – demonstrating and explaining the leading-edge technology Fusion Cross brings – we were keen to get this project moving to help them deliver the efficiency and productivity gains for their business growth strategy”.
