In these testing times it’s great to receive some positive feedback from one of our long-standing clients, Specsavers.

Specsavers have been using Epay to deliver payslips, P60s, P45s, P11Ds and total reward statements securely online to their employees for over 5 years.

Now they’ve added a new communication tool to their online portal which automatically creates and presents secure online personalised letters to employees.

“Communicating to the Specsavers team about COVID-19 updates and what this could mean for them has been so important. Thanks to the Epay team at Datagraphic, in under a week we set up a new document template on Epay that automatically creates and presents secure online personalised letters to employees.

It means we’re in total control of the information we’re communicating and when we want to send it. Employees are notified instantly when they have a new letter to read. It has allowed us to send 1000 personalised letters out in a single day and we’ll have many more to go out next week and then for a while longer after that.
